You will work closely with the CFO to identify and implement process efficiencies, optimise financial operations, and support strategic decision-making. The role is critical in driving the digitisation and innovation of financial systems while ensuring business objectives are met.
Essential Requirements:
- A postgraduate qualification (Honours Degree) in Finance, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (NQF 8).
- A minimum of five years of experience in a commercial or professional services role.
- A strong background in building and implementing robust financial models is essential,
- Experience in annuity-based revenue streams across industries considered advantageous.
Key technical skills include:
- Financial modelling
- Advanced Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and database proficiency
- Expertise in financial processes, budgeting, and project management.
- Possess strong business acumen
- Analytical ability to assess key value drivers
- Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and business partnering capabilities are essential
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
