Ready to lead the full finance function of a multi-entity manufacturing group?
An established international manufacturing group requires a Finance Manager to lead its South African finance function. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will own financial control, reporting and governance across the local business and its subsidiaries. You will partner with local and regional leadership and lead a capable team.
What you will own
- The full financial function, including budgets and cash flow
- Monthly multi-entity consolidations and intercompany reconciliations
- Annual audits, SARS compliance and IFRS reporting
- Subsidiary governance and financial control frameworks
What you bring
- BCom Accounting or Financial Management (Honours preferred), with CA(SA), CIMA, SAIPA or ACCA strongly preferred
- 5 to 8 years’ manufacturing finance experience, including 3 to 5 years in management
- A hands-on, accountable leadership style
- Integrity and confidence with senior stakeholders
Your technical toolkit
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling
- Hands-on ERP experience
- Working knowledge of SA tax law and the Companies Act
