Export Sales Representative

An established components distributor is seeking an experienced Export Sales Representative to drive international market expansion across Africa. This role focuses on growing export revenue, developing new markets, and strengthening relationships. You will bring a strong commercial track record in component/parts sales, combined with hands-on experience in export processes, market development, and customer acquisition.
 
Essential Requirements:
  • Matric with a National Diploma in Marketing or related field
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in component/parts aftermarket sales
  • Proven exposure to export markets within Africa
  • Solid understanding of export regulations, logistics, and documentation
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute export sales strategies to increase market share
  • Identify and onboard new customers across target regions
  • Grow product penetration within existing accounts
  • Analyse market trends to inform pricing and product positioning
  • Manage export compliance, logistics coordination, and documentation
  • Represent the business at international trade shows and client engagements
  • Maintain accurate CRM reporting and pipeline management
