Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Export Coordinator to join a fast-paced distribution environment within the Automotive sector.

 

This role is suited to a proactive  individual who is detail-driven with a strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data whilst maintaining a customer-centric approach.

Reporting into the Exports Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of export shipments, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, accurate documentation, and exceptional customer service.

 

The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between internal departments, customers, transporters, and regulatory bodies, ensuring smooth and efficient export operations. Responsible for managing logistics, preparing, reviewing, and maintaining all export documentation (commercial invoices, SADC certificates, PODs, etc.)
