A well-established specialist manufacturer needs an Engineering and Maintenance Manager to report to the Operations Executive. You will lead a Process Engineer, Maintenance Supervisor and Facilities Co-ordinator and drive the site’s automation roadmap.
What you will own
- Preventive and condition-based maintenance across plant, utilities and buildings
- Root cause analysis and downtime reduction
- Capital projects from business case to handover
- The site’s Industry 4.0 and automation roadmap
What you bring
- Bsc Degree in Chemical or Mechnical Engineering or a related discipline
- Operate at a GMR2.1 level
- 7+ years in manufacturing, 3+ leading engineering teams
- Batch process manufacturing experience preferred
- You fix root causes, not just breakdowns
- You plan shutdowns with Production, not around them
Your technical toolkit
- CMMS, ERP, CAD and PLC systems
- OHS Act, GMR, PER, EIR and HCA Regulations
- Budget, contractor and SLA management
