Key Responsibilities:
- Build and wire electrical panels according to technical drawings.
- Wire all devices on machines to their respective electrical panels.
- Test and troubleshoot wired machinery to identify faults.
- Assist in the mechanical assembly of machinery.
- Piping of pneumatic systems.
- Wire electronic circuit boards.
- Conduct fault finding and maintenance on machinery at customer sites.
- Install and commission machinery for customers.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Minium of 3 – 5 years post trade experience
- Proven experience in repairs and maintenance of industrial machinery in factory settings.
- Strong understanding of electrical drawings.
- Basic knowledge of PLCs, servo motors, VSDs, fieldbus devices, and sensors.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
