Your skills and experience will be instrumental in managing web transactions and implementing growth strategies to propel online sales, and in developing and executing comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and enhance the customer experience.
 
In this role, you will work closely with the marketing and operations teams to create tactical plans that attract, retain, and grow the customer base. Your ability to communicate effectively with senior management, share results and identify growth opportunities will be crucial.
 
We need someone with a proven track record in e-commerce, excellent project management skills, and the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
 
You should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Your strategic thinking abilities, problem-solving proficiency, and deep understanding of digital marketing and analytics will set you apart. Familiarity with current industry trends and best practices and adapting to changing market dynamics is essential.
 
You will have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, or a related field and 4-6 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in retail or consumer goods. Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing strategies, proficiency in e-commerce platforms, and experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics are required.
