Reporting to Delivery Leadership, you will lead the operations team behind large delivery teams working on long-term customer accounts. You take over the recruitment, onboarding, and day-to-day administration that slows account leaders down, and you make it run smoothly.
What you will own
- Onboarding of new team members, including MIE checks and compliance
- Timesheets, records and logistics for teams of around 200 people
- Team building, corporate lunches and mentorship programmes
- Streamlined admin that frees delivery leadership to focus on customers
What you bring
- A three-year degree from a recognised institution
- 8+ years in administration, HR and/or finance
- Consultancy business model experience preferred
- You fix the process, not just the problem
- You are organised, calm and trusted by leadership teams
Your technical toolkit
- Advanced Excel and MS Office
- HR, time capture and onboarding systems
- Budgeting and expense tracking
