Cost and Management Accountant

A dynamic and detail-oriented Cost and Management Accountant is sought to enhance financial and operational efficiencies within the organisation.
Essential Requirements:
- Must have a costing qualification with CIMA or studying towards a CIMA.
- Must have solid experience in costing and cost and management accounting, preferably in the FMCG/Food industry.
- The role demands a strong analytical mindset with the ability to develop and maintain accurate product costing models, analyse gross profit per stock item, and ensure stock accuracy through effective reconciliation processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems are essential,
- alongside a demonstrated ability to design and implement efficient accounting and operational frameworks.
You will be responsible for developing innovative costing models, managing inventory valuation, and driving continuous improvements in financial reporting and performance tracking. Collaboration with cross-functional teams requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Additionally, the role involves preparing in-depth financial reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
A strong aptitude for identifying cost-saving opportunities and optimising financial processes is highly valued. By keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices, you will be key to ensuring robust financial controls and innovative cost and management accounting approaches.
