Senior Control Room Operator

Reporting to the Control Room Supervisor, you will be involved in meticulous 24/7 monitoring and support, ensuring operational continuity and security across our sites.
You will be responsible for regular system checks, monitoring equipment and traffic flow, and dispatching technicians as needed. The position requires managing access controls, user accounts, and active orders and generating critical operational reports.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- Certification in N+ and A+
- Min 5 years of experience managing a control room environment.
- Cash in transit, bank security, logistics company background essential
- Remote support experience
- In-depth product knowledge (network-related)
- Computer skills
- Own transport
