As the COO, you will spearhead various key functions, including sales operations, BPO operations, training, compliance, campaign management, planning, QA and verification, facilities, and information technology. Your strategic insights and leadership will be instrumental in shaping the organisational policies and goals, driving performance, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Key Qualifications:
- Post-graduate qualification in a relevant field
- Minimum of five (5) years of commercial experience in the financial services industry
- At least five (5) years of experience in a business process outsourcing (BPO) business with international clients
- A strong background in sales is essential
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Proven track record in leadership and team building, adept at managing a diverse workforce
