Category Lead – Premium Computing Devices

As Lead, you will drive business growth, revenue, and market share within the organisation.
 
This role reports to the Head of Products and involves managing product performance, developing key business relationships, and implementing a robust go-to-market strategy. You will lead quarterly sales target achievement, pricing strategy execution, and market expansion while ensuring optimal product availability across all sales channels.
 
Essential Requirements for the Role:
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, economics, trade, or engineering is preferred
  • Experience in product management within a distributor or vendor environment.
  • Strong expertise in market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and pricing strategy is essential
  • Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and Keynote.
  • Proven experience managing resellers, specialised retailers, and integrators
  • Experience functioning as a "pricing specialist" for their product category.
  • The ability to present and defend pricing and commercial strategies.
 
Success in this role is measured by revenue growth, gross profit, fulfillment rate, partner development, and customer satisfaction.
 
The position requires meticulous planning, forecasting, and oversight of product assortment while ensuring competitive positioning. Daily engagement with suppliers, resellers, and internal teams is essential to driving category ownership, optimising stock planning, and executing strategic initiatives that strengthen market leadership.
