A global provider of engineered mechanical and technical solutions seeks a commercially driven Senior New Business Development Manager to lead national sales growth and strategic market expansion. Reporting to the Managing Director, this executive role focuses on identifying and securing new OEM and project opportunities while strengthening relationships with key stakeholders across diverse industrial sectors.
 
You will bring strong technical acumen and a proven record of delivering sustainable revenue and margin growth. Working closely with local and international teams, the role will shape and execute strategic business development initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader commercial objectives.

Essential Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in senior business development or technical sales within engineered equipment, mechanical systems, or related industrial environments.
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding revenue and margin targets.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to engage in solution-based sales discussions.
  • Proven experience engaging OEMs, EPCs, and project-based customers.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing complex negotiations.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, and market development capability.
  • Willingness to travel nationally.
