The Business Development Manager, a key driver of our company’s growth, will spearhead new business initiatives. Acting as the vital link between the company and its clients, you will be instrumental in driving growth and increasing our market share.
This role demands extensive experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and a robust network within the insurance and financial industries. You will have 3-5 years of relevant experience with a proven track record in sales and marketing within these sectors. Domestic client experience is essential, while international exposure is advantageous.
You will excel at senior-level direct marketing and relationship management, bringing strong analytical, strategic, and creative problem-solving skills. You must be proficient in standard computing packages and demonstrate excellent time management, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Internally, you will play a pivotal role in our team, collaborating closely with the Group CEO, COO, Client Development Team, and other senior leaders. Externally, they will cultivate strategic relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry bodies, identifying and securing new business opportunities.
Responsibilities include developing and implementing business campaigns, managing lead generation, and maintaining a pipeline of opportunities. The role also involves preparing detailed reports, proposals, and presentations and staying abreast of industry trends and competitor activities. The ability to adapt to changing environments and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines is crucial.
