Experience & Skills:
  • Minimum 3–5 years in business development, preferably in the security or services sector
  • Strong client-facing, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect, close, and retain clients
  • Excellent time management and communication abilities
 
Preferred:
  • Background in security services or facilities management
  • Familiarity with integrated service sales and compliance processes
