Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 3–5 years in business development, preferably in the security or services sector
- Strong client-facing, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems
- Demonstrated ability to prospect, close, and retain clients
- Excellent time management and communication abilities
Preferred:
- Background in security services or facilities management
- Familiarity with integrated service sales and compliance processes
