A leading luxury beauty house is seeking an experienced Boutique Manager to lead its flagship retail environment. This role carries full accountability for sales performance, team leadership, client experience, and operational excellence within a high-touch, brand-driven setting. You will drive commercial results through active floor leadership, structured team coaching, and the delivery of an elevated, personalised client journey aligned to global brand standards.
Essential Requirements:
- Grade 12 with a relevant tertiary qualification is advantageous
- 3+ years’ experience in prestige beauty sales
- 2–5 years’ experience managing a high-end retail store
- Proven ability to lead and motivate sales teams to exceed targets
- Strong commercial acumen with experience analysing retail performance
- Excellent interpersonal and client engagement capability
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily sales performance and team execution on the floor
- Drive client acquisition, retention, and loyalty programmes
- Execute marketing initiatives, in-store events, and brand activations
- Manage stock, merchandising, and operational compliance
- Develop and coach a high-performing retail team
- Ensure delivery of a premium, consistent brand experience
