Qualifications
- Diploma in Supply Chain or related field (NQF 6).
Experience
- Up to 5 years’ experience in a supply chain role within a manufacturing environment.
Technical Skills
- Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in MS Office Suite and SAP.
- Hands-on experience in stock management, inventory control, and reporting.
Key Competencies & Skills
- Proven ability to coordinate supply chain tasks, including store control, stock counts, deliveries, and consignment monitoring.
- Solid understanding of compliance procedures, risk identification, and regulatory adherence.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to represent the company confidently to stakeholders.
- Supervisory skills to manage staff performance, training, and development effectively.
- Financial acumen to contribute to budgeting, cost control, and resource optimisation.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, high integrity, and strong communication skills.
