Supply Chain Manager

You will play an important role in overseeing the complete supply chain function, ensuring seamless operations in forecasting, logistics, and procedural activities.
Reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer, you will be responsible for aligning supply chain strategies with the company’s goals, optimising order levels, and identifying cost-effective solutions through data analysis
.
A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field is required, along with 10 years of supply chain experience, including 5 years in a managerial position within a factory setting.
Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a solid understanding of supply chain software such as ERP systems are essential. Prior experience in the FMCG/Pharma/Cosmetics industry will be a strong advantage.
This role demands strong collaboration with suppliers and logistics providers while maintaining accurate records and preparing detailed reports on all supply chain activities. You will manage all supply chain aspects, from sourcing and procurement to warehousing, and provide leadership, training, and performance management to their team.
Additionally, the role involves keeping up with industry trends, regulations, and sustainability best practices, implementing sustainable supply chain practices, and advising the COO on key matters.
