Sales Executive – Namibia

Our client, a leading provider of automation software and hardware solutions in South Africa, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to expand its business in Namibia.
 
This role is pivotal in identifying and securing new B2B opportunities within the Mining and Logistics industries. It focuses on selling innovative technology solutions to mining clients.
 
You will bring at least 5 years of proven success in sales within the Mining or Information Technology sectors, particularly with technology and SaaS solutions.
 
A strong understanding of the mining sector’s operational challenges, key players, and regulatory environment is essential.
 
You must demonstrate the ability to design and present tailored technical solutions that meet client needs while navigating complex sales cycles.
 
A bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a relevant technical field is required.
 
It is highly desirable to have familiarity with automation hardware, software, and support services, as well as proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
 
You must have excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills to excel in this role, enabling them to influence stakeholders, including C-level executives.
 
An entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive approach to lead generation and deal closure are crucial.
 
The role is based in Namibia, preferably in Windhoek, but will require travel to small towns across Namibia to meet clients and participate in industry events, ensuring strong customer relationships and exceptional service delivery.
