A senior opportunity exists for an experienced Depot Operations Manager to take full accountability for a sizeable regional operation. You will manage profitability, sales performance, people, stock, warehousing, distribution and customer service, balancing commercial growth with disciplined operational control.
You will need strong commercial acumen, operational discipline and hands-on leadership ability.
Minimum Requirements
- Business Degree/Diploma preferred but not essential.
- 5+ years’ experience in a high-volume FMCG or similar distribution environment.
- Minimum 3 years in a comparable branch/depot management role.
- Proven experience managing a large workforce of 100+ employees.
- Strong sales, commercial and customer management track record.
- Sound warehouse, stock control and distribution experience.
- Strong budgeting, cost control and reporting capability.
- Valid Code 8 driver’s licence and PDP.
