A leading multinational organisation is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to support its finance leadership team in a commercially focused environment. You will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, statutory compliance and financial controls while partnering with key stakeholders to deliver accurate business insights and support strategic decision-making. This role is ideally suited to a hands-on finance professional who combines strong technical expertise with excellent leadership and analytical ability.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior finance role.
- Sound knowledge of IFRS, taxation, audit and financial reporting.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and MS Office proficiency.
- Experience within the automotive or manufacturing sector will be advantageous.
- Strong analytical, communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management accounts, budgets, forecasts and financial reports.
- Manage general ledger integrity, reconciliations and journal reviews.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax legislation and corporate reporting requirements.
- Oversee banking, cash flow, supplier payments and collections.
- Support internal and external audit processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead and develop the finance team while partnering with the business to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
