We are recruiting on behalf of a leading client in the plastic manufacturing industry for a high-calibre Operations & Supply Chain professional to join their leadership team and play a key role in driving the business forward.

Required Degree (non negotiable)
- Applicants must hold a relevant degree, for example in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Logistics, Manufacturing Engineering, or Business (or an equivalent qualification).
Minimum of 5 years of management experience
Key Responsibilities
You will be part of the Operations Leadership Team, aligning procurement, supply chain, logistics and customer service to support growth, efficiency, and service delivery. Key responsibilities include:
- Supply Chain Management
- Procurement & Strategic Sourcing
- Logistics & Distribution
- Customer Service Excellence
- Inventory & Demand Planning
Manufacturing Operations leadership What We’re Looking For:
- Experience within a manufacturing environment is essential.
- Plastics industry exposure and/or injection moulding experience is highly advantageous.
- Candidates should have at least 5 years of management experience
