Hybrid Working Model. A technology-driven business requires an experienced Client Services & Service Delivery Manager to lead customer support operations for a specialised enterprise data services portfolio, serving as the key link between clients, internal technical teams, and commercial stakeholders.
 
This role requires a strong people leader to manage the Engineers and Onboarding teams. While ensuring exceptional service delivery, operational oversight and consistent client communication.
 
Minimum Requirements
  • Relevant qualification in Business, IT, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Service Delivery, Client Services, or Customer Operations
  • Proven leadership experience managing service or technical teams
  • Exposure to technology, cloud, SaaS, data services, or managed services environments
  • Strong client-facing communication and reporting capability
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead customer support operations and service teams
  • Manage client relationships and service performance
  • Coordinate communication between technical and commercial teams
  • Monitor SLA performance, reporting, and escalations
