A specialist precision manufacturing company is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Graduate Intern to join its technical team on a fixed-term basis. This is a hands-on opportunity for a recent graduate to build practical experience working alongside skilled engineers in a focused, specialist environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (essential)
Experience:
- Recent university graduate
- Exposure to feasibility studies, mechanical testing, or research projects is advantageous
- Experience with SolidWorks, CAD, or similar drawing software is beneficial
Essential Skills:
- Solid understanding of mechanical systems and fluid delivery principles
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset with good problem-solving ability
Key Responsibilities:
- Support feasibility studies and system performance evaluations
- Conduct research, collect data, and compile technical reports
- Assist with troubleshooting and cross-functional team collaboration
