Incentives & Recognition Manager

A performance-driven organisation within the sales and financial services sector seeks an experienced Incentives & Recognition Manager to design, manage, and deliver all sales incentive programmes, recognition initiatives, and internal engagement activities.
 
Reporting to the Chief Human Resources and Quality Officer, this role is central to driving a culture of motivation and performance on the sales floor. You will manage the full incentive lifecycle from concept to payout, including financial controls, cash disbursements, budget tracking, and ROI reporting. Strong numerical confidence is non-negotiable.
 
The role also covers internal communications, content creation, event coordination, supplier management, and leadership of one direct report.
 
Minimum Requirements
  • BCom Marketing, Communications, or equivalent qualification advantageous
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in a comparable, fast-paced role
  • Experience in a sales or call centre environment is advantageous
  • Demonstrated budget management and cash-handling experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
  • Competency in content creation tools such as Canva
