Quality Controller and SHE Officer

This is a senior-level position. The business needs an experienced, self-directed professional to own quality management, document control, and health and safety compliance.
You will manage ISO 9001:2015 systems end-to-end, drive corrective actions, and keep the business audit-ready. If you are meticulous, accountable, and familiar with a QMS, this role is worth your attention.
Qualifications:
- ISO 9001:2015 Qualification / Certification
- Internal Auditor Course and Lead Auditor Course (ISO 9001:2015)
- Health & Safety Certification (NOSA / SAMTRAC or equivalent)
Experience:
- Minimum 4 to 5 years in a steel manufacturing or heavy industrial environment
- Proven experience managing internal and external audit schedules
- Hands-on SHE administration, including IOD capture on RMA systems
Essential Skills:
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
- Strong documentation, report writing, and record-keeping skills
- HIRA inspections and SHE committee administration
- Document control, including MPI records, Weld Maps, and Material Certificates
