A leading technical service operation is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee its Durban/Pinetown branch and regional service network. This role requires a commercially strong leader with proven experience managing a profitable branch or technical service centre within a technical, engineering, or industrial environment.
You will be responsible for leading service technicians, managing branch administration, controlling inventory and parts, and ensuring exceptional customer service. A strong understanding of operational profitability, costing, planning, and business growth is essential.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ proven experience managing a branch, profit centre, or technical service operation
- Strong commercial and financial understanding, including profitability and costing
- Experience managing technical/service teams and regional support structures
- Strong stock control, planning, and administrative management ability
- Excellent customer relationship management and business development skills
- Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving abilities
