A premium consumer goods distributor is seeking a Replenishment Supervisor to take ownership of stock flow, availability, and replenishment execution within a high-volume distribution environment. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong analytical capability to ensure optimal stock levels, minimise stockouts, and support seamless order fulfilment across fast-moving product lines.
Essential Requirements:
- Grade 12 and preferably a tertiary qualification
- Proven supervisory experience within a warehouse or supply chain environment
- Strong understanding of inventory control, demand planning, and replenishment strategies
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and data analysis tools
- Demonstrated leadership capability with the ability to manage and develop teams
- High attention to detail with strong problem-solving ability
- Exposure to premium consumer goods or similar sectors
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily replenishment activities to maintain accurate and sufficient stock levels
- Monitor inventory trends, forecast demand, and proactively address shortages
- Coordinate with operations and order fulfilment teams to ensure timely dispatch
- Lead, coach, and develop replenishment staff to achieve performance targets
- Analyse KPIs including fill rate, stock accuracy, and stockouts to drive improvements
- Implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and stock availability
- Ensure quality control standards are maintained across inbound and stored stock
- Enforce health and safety compliance within the warehouse environment
