Process Continuous Improvement Engineer
An opportunity exists for a junior engineering professional to take ownership of a defined production stream within a recycling operation, managing throughput, cost, quality, safety and delivery performance as an integrated business unit.
 
Reporting to the Factory Manager, the role combines technical engineering capability with hands-on operational exposure and continuous improvement execution. You will support measurable improvements in process efficiency, plant performance and cost per ton, while maintaining strict safety and quality standards within a fast-paced environment.
 
Minimum Requirements
  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering
  • Newly qualified or 1–2 years’ experience in manufacturing, processing or recycling environments
  • Exposure to production processes, maintenance or operations advantageous
  • Strong analytical mindset with an interest in data-driven decision making
  • Lean / Continuous Improvement exposure advantageous
