An opportunity exists for a commercially aware Demand Planner to take ownership of forecasting, inventory analysis and sales planning within a fast-moving personal care and retail environment.

 

This role is responsible for translating market demand, historical sales, promotions and seasonal trends into accurate forecasts and inventory targets that support service levels, stock optimisation and profitable growth.

 

You will bring solid experience in demand planning, forecasting, procurement, and inventory management, with strong ERP, MRP, and advanced spreadsheet capabilities.

 

 

This role requires a highly analytical individual who can work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, operations and supply chain to improve forecast accuracy, manage product life cycles, support new product launches and strengthen fulfilment performance.

 

A strong grasp of inventory metrics, turn rates, sell-thru reporting and S&OP processes is essential.
