An established organisation within the consumer brand environment is seeking a Social Media Specialist to manage and execute digital content strategies across multiple social platforms.
The role focuses on developing engaging content, coordinating influencer collaborations, supporting paid digital campaigns, and analysing performance metrics to strengthen brand visibility and audience engagement.
Working closely with marketing, PR, creative, and media teams, you will ensure digital campaigns align with brand strategy and commercial objectives while maintaining a consistent, engaging brand presence across all channels.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or equivalent
- 2–4 years’ experience in social media management
- Experience working with influencers, including seeding, paid partnerships and UGC coordination
- Exposure to Google Ads and paid social campaigns
- Experience within a digital agency, media company or brand environment preferred
Technical Skills
- Strong copywriting and visual storytelling ability
- Experience with social scheduling and analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite or Later
- Basic design and video editing capability using Canva, CapCut or Adobe Suite
- Working knowledge of social media advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager and TikTok Ads
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage content calendars across multiple social platforms
- Create and publish engaging content aligned to campaign objectives
- Coordinate influencer partnerships and creator deliverables
- Support paid social and Google Ads campaign execution and optimisation
Monitor community engagement and analyse performance metrics to inform future strategy
