A leading distributor of premium international beauty brands requires an experienced Customer Relationship Management Manager to design and implement a strategic CRM framework that strengthens customer loyalty and drives sustainable revenue growth across retail and e-commerce channels.
This role will be responsible for developing and executing CRM strategies that unify customer data across online and in-store environments, enabling personalised marketing, targeted promotions, and effective loyalty programmes. Working closely with marketing, IT, and retail teams, the CRM Manager will ensure customer insights are translated into meaningful engagement initiatives that enhance the overall brand experience.
You will oversee the integration and management of customer data, ensuring accurate reporting and actionable insights that improve customer retention, increase customer lifetime value (CLV), support cross-channel sales growth, and reduce customer acquisition costs. Strong analytical capability and the ability to translate data into strategic initiatives are essential.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience developing and implementing CRM strategies and customer engagement programmes.
- Experience working with CRM platforms, marketing automation systems, and data analytics tools.
- Experience integrating online and offline customer data across multiple channels.
Technical Competencies
- Strong understanding of data privacy regulations such as GDPR and POPIA.
- Proficiency in data integration, reporting tools, and CRM analytics platforms.
- Experience managing customer databases and marketing automation workflows.
