A global engineering technology provider supplying hardware, software, and design solutions to the construction and building components industry seeks a Territory Manager to drive revenue growth within an assigned region.
 
Reporting to the Regional Sales Leader, the role is suited to a commercially astute sales professional who thrives on hunting new business while strengthening relationships with existing customers. Working primarily in the field, you will manage a defined territory, engaging manufacturers, engineers, and builders to promote integrated solutions that combine hardware, software and engineering support services.
 
The role requires disciplined pipeline management, solution-selling capability, and the ability to translate technical requirements into commercial opportunities.

Essential Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in a technical or commercial discipline.
  • 2–5 years B2B sales experience within construction materials, building technology, or manufacturing software.
  • Strong solution selling, negotiation and relationship management capability.
  • Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
