Regional Sales Manager

You will be accountable for driving revenue growth, market penetration, and operational effectiveness across Gauteng North. The role provides strategic direction and hands-on leadership to the regional sales team, ensuring alignment with national objectives, customer expectations, and profitability targets.
This position integrates commercial execution with governance, stakeholder engagement, and disciplined financial oversight to strengthen market presence within the manufacturing and automotive environment. Extensive travel to Limpopo and Mpumalanga.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing Management or related field (NQF 7).
- Honours Degree (NQF 8) is advantageous.
- 6–8 years’ Sales & Marketing experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated track record in regional sales growth, customer engagement, and channel management.
- Proficient in MS Office, SAP/ERP platforms, and Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
Strong understanding of structured sales processes, marketing execution, and performance analytics.
