A well-established manufacturing business is seeking a hands-on Finance and Office Administrator to manage end-to-end financial administration and support daily office operations. This role suits a detail-driven professional who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and enjoys being the operational backbone of the business. This is a broad, trusted role offering real responsibility and exposure across finance, HR administration and office management
Key Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric (formal finance or bookkeeping qualification advantageous)
- Afrikaans speaker with strong English communication skills
- Proven experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment
- Solid working knowledge of Pastel, payroll systems and MS Excel
Key Responsibilities
- Full supplier and customer accounting, age analysis, invoicing, credit control and VAT submissions
- Payroll processing, staff leave administration and month-end payments
- Stock control journals, fixed asset register and depreciation calculations
- Office administration, board meeting coordination, logistics bookings and director support
