A well-established organisation is seeking an experienced HR Analyst to report to the Remuneration & Benefits Manager. This role provides critical support for HR administration, systems, and analytics, with a strong focus on data integrity, reporting accuracy, and process improvement.
 
You will manage HR data capturing and validation, maintain employee records, and prepare monthly HR dashboards, workforce statistics, and analytical insights to support informed decision-making. The role also supports HRIS configuration and administration, benefits coordination, payroll input collation, and HR digitisation initiatives, while ensuring strict confidentiality and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
 
This contract role suits a disciplined, analytical HR professional who adds value through accuracy, structure, and reliable HR support.
 
Requirements:
  • 3–4 year HR-related Diploma or Degree.
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in HR administration or HR systems.
  • Strong MS Excel and MS Office capability.
  • Strong attention to detail, sound problem-solving ability, effective communication skills, and the ability to perform under pressure are essential.
