Our client is seeking an experienced Talent Manager to lead the full talent lifecycle across restaurant operations. From attraction and acquisition to development, succession planning, retention and engagement. 
Reporting into senior leadership, this role will act as a strategic partner to operations, ensuring the right people are in the right roles to deliver business performance while embedding company values and culture. This is a fast-paced, multi-site environment that requires agility, adaptability, and authentic leadership. Travel between regions may be required.
Due to our clients’ Equity Plan, preference will be given to Equity Candidates.
You will drive recruitment strategies, build strong talent pipelines, and implement robust assessment processes. You will lead learning and development initiatives, oversee performance management, and design succession frameworks that build bench strength and future leadership capability. 
Critical to the role is using talent insights and analytics to inform decisions, strengthen employee engagement, and align people strategies with commercial outcomes.
Essential Requirements:
- Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
 - Post-graduate qualification advantageous (Industrial/Clinical Psychology preferred).
 - 5–7 years’ experience in talent management, L&D or HR business partnering, ideally in multi-site retail/QSR environments.
 - Proven success in attraction, development, retention and succession planning.
 - Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
 - Proficiency in HR/talent systems, analytics and reporting.
