We are seeking a results-driven New Business Partner to secure new customers and drive revenue growth. This role is ideal for a persuasive, ambitious sales professional with a strong background in logistics and road freight. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment, balancing relationship-building with commercial negotiation to achieve sales targets. Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years’ sales experience in logistics/road freight with a proven track record.
  • Grade 12 (essential).
  • Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business or equivalent is advantageous.
  • Strong business acumen with knowledge of sales techniques.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Analytical thinker with problem-solving and decision-making capability.
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships and identify growth opportunities.

  • Understand clients’ operations to deliver tailored logistics solutions.
  • Negotiate competitive rates aligned with company strategy.
  • Support clients through onboarding and maintain accurate records in internal systems.
  • Deliver timely, accurate administrative documentation.
