As Group Financial Manager, you will lead a high-performing finance team, oversee critical compliance and HR functions, and act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and C-suite.

Key Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant or equivalent; Finance degree with MBA also considered
- Over 10 years’ post-qualification experience, including at least 3 years in a Financial Manager role
- Proven track record managing and developing finance teams
Technical Skills:
- Financial planning, analysis, and reporting expertise
- Strong proficiency in financial software and tools
- Deep understanding of compliance requirements (BEE, EE, tax, AFS)
Preferred Industry Experience:
- Mining, IT, Supply Chain/Logistics, or Security
