Qualifications:
- Diploma or Certificate (NQF 5) or equivalent.
Experience:
- Up to 3 years’ experience as a Business Representative or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Experience with SAP, ERP systems, Salesforce, and other business software.
Key Competencies & Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage new customer accounts and support strategic route planning.
- Monitor sales performance, provide monthly reporting, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Introduce marketing initiatives to strengthen customer relationships and align strategies.
- Oversee credit applications, debt collection processes, and manage financial risk.
- Liaise closely with warehouse teams to ensure stock availability and support customers with stock forecasting and management.
- Uphold compliance standards and support cost control initiatives to optimise resources.
- Deliver high-level customer service, provide technical product training, and resolve customer queries effectively.
- Continuously update customer databases and provide promotional support through POS materials and events.
