Western Cape | Succession into Full MD Role within 12 Months. A unique succession opportunity exists for a commercially driven leader to step into the role of Managing Director Designate, with a structured 12-month handover from the founder and current MD. Ideally, this role suits a high-performing, people-centric executive with a proven hospitality-related services, logistics, or supply chain background. You’ll work closely with the executive team and outgoing MD to ensure a seamless transition, positioning the company for its next growth chapter.
 
The role will focus on sales and marketing strategy, senior client relationship management, and the progressive shift from founder-led to structured corporate leadership. It is a hands-on, visible role that requires daily on-site presence and national travel.
 
Requirements
  • Degree in Business, Hospitality, or Logistics (preferred)
  • Minimum 10 years in B2B hospitality supply (services or products)
  • Strong background in sales strategy, marketing execution, and account growth
  • Demonstrated success managing senior-level client relationships
  • Industry insight and established networks within hospitality supply
  • High EQ, commercially astute, energetic, and people-focused
  • Strong operational engagement and leadership maturity
