An excellent opportunity exists for a skilled Business Development Manager to join a leading point-of-sale solutions provider, focused on driving brand engagement across the FMCG and retail sectors. This role is dedicated to identifying new business opportunities and securing sustainable, long-term partnerships.
 
The successful candidate will be a true hunter with a strong commercial instinct, a deep understanding of POS and shopper marketing, and the ability to confidently and insightfully engage senior stakeholders.
 
Key Requirements and Experience:
  • 3–5 years in business development within advertising, FMCG, or retail industries
  • Proven ability to interact and influence at the senior management level
  • Demonstrated experience identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities
  • In-depth knowledge of POS, shopper marketing, and retail trends
  • Strong understanding of creative brand execution, printing processes, plant capabilities, and quoting mechanisms
 
Technical Skills:
  • Advanced computer literacy for workflow, client engagement, and production interface
  • Knowledge of Litho, Digital, and outdoor print media formats and production
 
Preferred:
  • Familiarity with various POS display formats
  • Exposure to market segments such as pharmaceutical, food and beverage, and health & beauty
