You’ll play a key role in expanding our footprint across established and emerging African regions. From Namibia and Mozambique to Ghana and East Africa, you’ll map influence, identify opportunity, and introduce customers to innovative packaging solutions and an integrated supply chain model. Travel will be frequent (1 day to 1 week) and purposeful.

What you bring:
- We’re looking for confident and commercially astute self-starters
- 5–7 years’ experience in sales, exports, or business development is ideal.
- You’ll be backed by mentorship and don’t need prior Africa market experience — just hunger, humility, and hustle.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Strategic mindset with a flair for planning and research
- CRM and admin discipline
