The ideal candidate is a brand visionary and technology evangelist who is excited to bring their experience to a well-established company and bring it to the next level. Build strong working relationships with the CEO and other leadership to formulate and develop effective marketing and business strategies that will align with the overall company objectives.

You must have worked for a small to mid-size company. Best profile if you are a “creative” with an “entrepreneurial” flair. 

Our client is seeking someone hands-on with a proven track record of innovating and executing new marketing tactics in social, digital and direct response that align with the business strategies and brand positioning. When our client has a new product or service offering, you'll define it, package it, and make it sellable to their customers.




Job Duties

Qualifications, Experience and Skills
• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in marketing or communications is required
• Over 5 years of experience successfully building and executing marketing strategies that align with the company branding and financial metrics
• Up to speed with current marketing techniques and best practices
• Experience in brand management is required
• A hands-on roll-up your sleeves mindset
• Innovative and creative thinker
• Experience in traditional as well as digital advertising in both B2B and B2C environment 
• Experience with direct response campaigns is preferred
• An innate curiosity about all things tech. Previous experience working in the digital or software development vertical would be valuable
• Superior analytics skills to determine organizational needs and the ability to develop effective strategic marketing plans
• Lead generation optimization experience is required
• Ability to translate insights into action and strategies that will achieve profit and sales objectives
• Manage an operating budget aligned with capital expectations 
• Ability to work quickly, make decisions, and take action 
• Build, grow and motivate high-performing teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
