Job Description

Manage Brand Marketing and Trade Execution initiatives for the brand nationally to efficiently and effectively ensure a consistent and brand-aligned customer and consumer experience. This includes formal and informal trading environments for both the top and bottom ends of the market across different LSM clusters.

Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelors Degree (3 years) / NQF level 7 (Essential)
• Up to 6 years marketing experience incl ATL and BTL Brand management
• Developing Brand plans
• Excellent project management experience
• POS and Trade Execution
• Point of sale merchandising support
• Leading teams (cross-functionally internally and external agency partners)
• Formal and Informal trade experience and retail and wholesale experience
• Cross function collaboration internally and externally
• Robust IT Skills - Advanced Excel
• Understanding of Management Accounting, Revenue & Mix, Standard Costing, Variance Analysis and Bills of Materials
• Experience in the FMCG environment 
• Written proposals or presentations aimed at selling a product or service to external clients

• Digital campaign management and relevant content creation across the various media platforms
• Insight management Continually look for key consumer and trader insights 
• Manage advertising, digital, media and research agencies 
• Budget management 
• Contribute to providing strategic direction on trade investment and execution 
• Ensure the creation of appropriate point of sale material 
• Contribute to defining guidelines around appropriate in-trade promotional activities 
• Interpret Sales and Customer Analytics and Provide Sales and Customer Insights
• Actively participate in operational planning and budgeting processes
