Senior Financial Manager

Reporting to the Director you will be required to develop and drive the financial strategy, conduct feasibility studies, monitor expenditures, oversee all operation monthly expenditures, monitor cash flow, and manage tax compliance. Essential that you are an experienced Financial Executive as the key to this role is an analytical person with strong numerical skills to drive the organization’s financial operations and improve financial performance.
Duties for this position will include supervising accounting staff, overseeing internal controls, setting financial targets, and implementing funding strategies, Skills in financial planning, managing debt, improving revenue, maintaining a healthy financial position, and enhancing company performance are essential.
The position will require someone who can work comfortably in an Industrial Manufacturing environment dealing with Type A personality types.
Essential Requirements:
- Degree in accounting or finance.
- Financial management experience
- Industrial Manufacturing industry experience
- Proficiency in accounting software.
