Reporting to the Sales/Regional Manager you will be responsible to develop accounts in the Gauteng region and nationally where required. A minimum of 3 years of solid sales experience selling training and skills development courses is essential.
 
Essential Experience and Skills
  • Proven Sales experience in the Training industry
  • Capable of working towards challenging targets
  • Possess outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Own a vehicle with a valid driver’s license
  • Package offered is a basic plus commission
 
Key Result Areas
Sales Duties
  • Attend and contribute to sales meetings
  • Manage accounts and develop opportunities to meet sales target
  • Prepare and present quarterly business development plans
  • Constantly target new clients in alignment with the sales strategy
  • Maintain and grow existing client base
  • Keep accurate sales records on salesforce and update regularly
  • Maintain an open and positive relationship with the administration and finance departments
  • Maintain professionalism in all areas of client communication: proposals, e-mails, meetings and presentations
  • Maintain a professional image
 
Sales KPI’s
  • Accountable for monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Achieve new business sales targets
  • Collect all outstanding money owed by my clients
  • Keep regular contact with clients and drive personal activities
  • Achieve Sales forecasting targets by category
  • Achieve sales pipeline targets
  • Behave in a manner which always displays the company values
