Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of expanding their presence in the wholesale and retail sectors, fostering profitable relationships with both established customer bases and new prospects.
Educational and Experience Criteria:
- Tertiary-level mechanical qualification.
- A minimum of five years of experience within the Plumbing market.
- Proven track record in the contractors, wholesale, and retail sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate new customer interest and onboard new accounts.
- Re-engage lost sales with existing clients.
- Consistently meet and surpass sales targets.
- Engage in effective contract negotiations with potential clients.
- Aid in determining pricing strategies, including quotes and promotions.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations to diverse client groups.
- Process customer orders by coordinating with our internal sales team.
- Ensure timely dispatches and address any supply backorders.
- Monitor and adjust customer pricing mix as necessary.
