Reporting to the National Sales & Marketing Manager you will be required to drive the company’s growth through the OE, Aftermarket and Truck channels, including second-hand dealers. Critical to this role is the ability to generate leads and move them through a sales pipeline. Prospecting, cold calling and sales conversion are essential skills required.
 
Essential Qualification, Experience and Skills:
  • Formally recognized Sales or Marketing Diploma/Degree or suitable qualification
  • 5 years of competitive sales experience in a high-performing sales role, with a proven track record
  • Experience in successful cold calling
  • Ability to retain customers and build rapport, once they have been converted, and be willing to develop firm relationships through regular face-to-face dealer/customer visits
  • Must possess good communication skills
  • Totally customer-centric
  • Strong interpersonal skills, analytical ability and a positive outlook
  • Good organizational and time management skills coupled with attention to detail
  • Demonstrate willingness and enthusiasm at all times to engage in training and personal professional development
  • Be computer literate. CRM experience is advantageous
  • Be in possession of a valid driver’s license
  • Must have own reliable transport and be willing to travel
 
The position will pay Fixed Basic and Commission on new business. Petrol Card provided
