We’re seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to helm the sales initiatives within the SADC region. As the linchpin of the sales organization, you will maintain the existing portfolio and ignite new opportunities, leveraging your industry knowledge and entrepreneurial spirit.
Essential Qualifications:
- Multiple years of proven international success in the Automotive Aftermarket industry.
- Engineering or commercial background coupled with a deep understanding of product intricacies.
- Demonstrable expertise in regional business dynamics and market structures.
- Adept at exercising authority within a diverse cultural milieu.
- Masterful networking, coordination, and cooperation abilities within the region.
- In-depth understanding of automotive trends, market shifts, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the Business Plan for designated countries within the SADC.
- Direct sales strategies to achieve market share and profitability targets, in sync with the Sub-Region Head.
- Tailor sales and marketing initiatives to meet the unique needs of individual countries.
- Negotiate customer contracts, ensuring alignment with targeted goals.
- Provide operational support to achieve daily customer sales.
- Track defined KPIs to ensure delivery of sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Act as the Key Account Manager for select customers, supporting the Regional Head in servicing large accounts.
