Reporting to the Marketing Manager you will be required to work with all external and internal marketing communications for the organization. Coordinate the company marketing and communications activities across the Group’s commercial divisions and Retail Network whilst providing coordinated and analytical support for the Brand and the Marketing & Communications function within Southern Africa.
 
Essential Qualifications, Skills & Experience
  • Relevant education (Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communication, Brand, Business or related)
  • Proven Classical Operational Marketing or Branding Experience
  • Excellent English communication skills – Written and verbal
  • Strong Marketing Processes Background
  • Strong Project Coordination Background
  • Corporate Events Coordination background and knowledge
  • Analytical Capabilities
 
Key Result Areas
  • Contributes to the development of the brand, marketing and communications plans and ways of working with its integrated activities
  • Deliver on these plans and concepts to increase the awareness and consideration for the overall brand as well as selected products and services also ensuring implementation and follow up
  • Support internal marketing and communications processes and activities in both wholesale and retail networks
  • Develop annual and quarterly coordination plans and follow-up with performance
  • Full scope project coordination and project process building and mapping
  • Project analysis execution and reporting
  • Apply digital innovation in marketing and communication to effectively reach selected target groups and elevate the outlined commercial deliverables
  • Support and coordination of presence and content planning in customer and brand relevant online channels
  • Monitor developing trends in the digital area and create coordinated processes to penetrate new digital mediums and channels
  • Support the business with digital marketing tools, processes and innovations that improve internal processes and customer experience whilst reducing waste.
  • Support campaign execution and the lead generation function
  • Provide regular information and updates with the retail organization on marketing and communication initiatives and activities
  • Support the Retail Network in the development of local marketing and communications plans/activities and provide status reports
  • Coordinate information, tools, campaigns, events, activations, customer initiatives, brand deliverables, and corporate identity material to further enhance support in the Retail Network
  • Ensure the audit requirements for the brand, marketing and communications are met in the Retail
